Provided by you: contact details, job title, company, enquiry content, event registrations, preferences. Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser data, cookies/analytics identifiers. From third parties: lead sources where lawfully obtained.
4. Purposes & Legal Bases
Responding to enquiries (legitimate interests or contract). Marketing communications (consent or legitimate interests, with opt-out). Site security, debugging, analytics (legitimate interests). Legal/regulatory compliance (legal obligation).
5. Data Sharing

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the Services Agreement between [Customer Name] ("Controller" or "Customer") and Assured Enterprise Technology Ltd trading as CirroAltus ("Processor" or "Supplier").
2. Subject Matter & Duration
Processing of personal data as necessary to provide the services described in the Statement(s) of Work, for the term of the Agreement plus any retention required by law.
3. Processor Obligations
Process personal data only on documented instructions from Customer. Ensure confidentiality and train authorised personnel. Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures. Assist with data subject requests, DPIAs, and security incident notifications. Delete or return personal data at end of services.
4. International Transfers
No transfers outside the UK/EU without appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/EU SCCs) and transfer risk assessments.
5. Governing Law
England and Wales.
